Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time (PST)
We try to ship out most orders received before 11am PST on the same day. Orders after this time are sent the following day.
We currently ship to all 50 states, however, you are responsible for reviewing your state and local laws for any restrictions regarding hemp extract consumption. Our hemp extracts are derived from industrial hemp and not “marijuana”, which is legal under the 2018 Federal Farm Bill.
All orders are sent using USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 2 Day, or FedEx Standard Overnight depending on your selected delivery time. Orders that qualify for Free Shipping from a promotion are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. Shipping times may vary from 3-7 business days (Monday thru Friday) from the time your order is received and processed. This estimate does not include any potential delays due to weather, holidays, and carrier delays. We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box Address and do not ship Internationally.
When your order is fulfilled and shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to you with a tracking number.
UPLEAFS utilizes a merchant processing service that accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We are unable to accept any other payment method except for the credit cards listed. All payments and refunds must be processed through our online system.
ORDER CHANGES (EDIT OR CANCEL)
Customers can Cancel or Edit an order if the order has not yet been processed or within 24-hours from the time the order is received, whichever occurs first. See the column that says, “Fulfillment Status” under your account order history. If it is Unfulfilled and less than 24-hours since you placed your order, you can make changes as needed.
To Edit an order, select Edit under your Order History after you Log In to your account. When you edit an order, the entire order is cancelled and refunded back to your original form of payment. The original cart items are then added back to your shopping cart where you can then modify the items as needed. You will need to enter your payment details again since this is considered a “new” order.
To Cancel an order, select Cancel. Your original form of payment will be refunded.
All products are carefully inspected and packed at the time of shipment. Please inspect your order upon receipt to confirm that products have not been damaged during transit. If you receive a shipment and the contents are damaged, please submit a claim within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving your order. Please include a picture of the damaged product and shipping box.
