RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We understand that purchases do not always work out for our customers for a multitude of reasons. Though we don’t enjoy this process, it is also a learning opportunity for us to improve. Our Quality Guarantee Policy was created to allow our customers to find the right fit before jumping into a higher dosage, so please read the details below on applicable products.
30 DAYS FROM DATE OF RECEIPT ON ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS
Eligible products carry a Quality Guarantee (“Guarantee”) for 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Please keep in mind that individual response to hemp extract products may vary depending on the length of use and a person or animal’s biological makeup. We believe that 30 days from the date of receipt allows for ample time to evaluate product effectiveness based on daily utilization of product(s) for at least two weeks. Still not happy? We understand that sometimes things just don’t work as planned.

QUALITY GUARANTEE POLICY
Quality Guarantee refunds are subject to first-time purchases of one product per collection and type up to 30-days from the date of your order is delivered.
What does this mean?
If you purchased Oil Drops from the Wellness collection (250mg or 500mg) – you are eligible to return one bottle under the Quality Guarantee if you are unhappy. What if you purchased two bottles or more? A refund may be issued for up to one (opened) bottle of your purchase. If the other bottles are still in the box and sealed, you may return those bottles for a refund upon return approval.
Why do we allow for only one product refund per collection/type sku?
With hemp extracts, you can control the dosage, especially with oil drops. We advise new consumers to start with low total dosage oil drops (250mg) to gauge their tolerance and the overall effectiveness. Because our oil drops are similar, except for the CBD concentration, all oil drops in the same collection are ultimately very similar because it comes from the same plant source and often the same batch.
If you purchased the Wellness Hemp Extract Oil Drops and decided you are not happy but would rather try an edible format instead, such as our Wellness Hemp Infused Gummies, then you are eligible to request a return/refund for that Wellness Hemp Extract (250mg or 500mg bottles only).
SENDING BACK RETURNS (SAVE YOUR ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX)
Once your request is received and approved, you will receive additional instructions from our customer service team. If a product return is required, customer is responsible for safely mailing product returns. Due to the nature of our products and health and safety concerns, please do not send back any products without prior authorization and unless requested from our customer service team.
UNOPENED/SEALED (New) - must be returned in the original condition without any damage.
OPEN (Used) - items should be placed in a zip lock bag inside the return box.
Please save your original shipment box for returns. Our boxes are reusable. Once your return is received, a credit will be issued back to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
